By consuming vegetables and fruit juices for a
short period of time approximately three days can be termed as Juice cleanser.
A juice cleanser supports any body type as natural detox process takes over and

When waking up in the morning have a glass of Lukewarm water with a slice of lemon.
After an hour prepare green juice by blending Kale, broccoli and spinach with a dash of orange juice.
At around midday have a tall glass of smoothie prepared with half a cup of blue berries, half a cup of strawberries and a slice of pineapple.
For an afternoon snack prepare fresh juice by blending 2 carrots, 1 green apple, and half a beet root. Add lime for a tangy taste.
At around 6 pm you may another smoothie made with almond milk, cashew nut and add vanilla essence to give some flavour.
Before going to bed have a tall glass of cold milk or warm milk as you desire.
Fruits and vegetables used to make the juices often
include kale, celery, spinach, carrots and leafy greens. Organic produce are
simply the best. If hunger pangs persist than do opt for some vegetable soup or
a small snack such as a home-made salad of your choice, or any fruit that you like.

Aloe Vera is a natural product that can heal any skin ailment if continued for a period of time. Aloe when applied directly to the affected area can leave a cool soothing effect. Reapply it time an again to get faster results. All one has to do is to squeeze out the aloe gel from the leaf and apply like a cream. you may add some cold coconut milk.
This is found in turmeric and it helps in decreasing burns and many kinds of sores and blisters on the body. Apply it directly by forming a paste with cold water. It eliminates cancer cells from the body too.
-Milk and Honey paste
Make a paste out of honey and milk. About a half cup and gently rub in the affected area. Repeat several times a day for perfect results. Add a few drops of black seed oil and rub as gently as ever.
Mash a handful of apricot seeds mixed with cold milk and honey. This is an excellent remedy that removes the burnt layers of the skin after radiation treatment. Massage gently on the affected area.( you may use apricot oil too) see description below.
However, during radiation treatment do not expose the affected area to direct sunlight. This increases the pain and the skin tends to get itchy. Remember to use natural products on the skin avoiding moisturisers and creams. Do not use bandages and wraps with adhesives as they can pull and tear the skin harshly. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and take plenty of rest.
Why is a balanced diet important we must ask? Well, eating healthy is
vital for everyone but when you have had breast cancer becoming aware of what
you eat and drink becomes a priority and an essential part of your life. As a
breast cancer survivor, I have much to say and research has proven that dietary
habits play a major role in an individual’s life. Lot of research is being carried
out to find out how food may affect the risk of cancer developing. Being extra
overweight would be a number one issue and it highly increases your risk of
Being diagnosed with a malignant cancer a decade ago had left me
thinking why the cruel invader had got into my healthy system but as I look
back and ponder it might probably had been an issue about me having the wrong
diet all the while.
Fighting a malignancy was no bed time story at all but the will and positivity to fight the cancer made me more realistic towards life and made me aware as to what healthy eating habits were meant to be.
For overall health eating a balanced diet would be a great option to consider.

During cancer treatments we tend to experience emotional upheavals but
remind yourself that this would soon subside. Physically we feel a burn out and
every task that we do feel like a mountain climbing activity. For this the nostril

To eat a balanced diet, try and combine variety of foods that consists of fruits, vegetables(greens) protein and little of carbohydrates.

Avoid sugary food like cakes and chocolates. Replace them with avocados nuts and seeds.

When I was a teen a close friend died of
Alzheimer’s disease and I can still recall the agony the family went through.
I would always make visits to him while he was in
care and what shocked me was the amount of time, he spent talking to himself
and not recognising his family members at all. This was devastating.
As time went by his mind wore away. Everything he did was imaginary. Eating, drinking, talking etc. He failed to recognise his close friends too.
